Support for Windows Bitmaps (.bmp)

After seeing how many images were being uploaded as Windows Bitmaps (.bmp files) which means not being converted or resized (effectively not working) I realized something had to be done. Since Bitmap is a proprietary format (Microsoft owns it, so no one can use it) the code needed to be hacked out on my own. But now it's all working and any bitmaps you send will be instantly converted to the web-friendly JPEG format (.jpg). You might still want to learn about converting images yourself, so you can get the shape, size, and resolution just the way you want it and also save us some downstream bandwidth (yes, this Microsoft format is also very large and inefficient!).
