In January of 2004 he relocated to Salem, OR and that is where Dopamine Extracted, an as of right now one member band was born, Dopamine Extracted is heavily influenced by the music of Tool, A Perfect Circle, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, The Deftones, Chevelle and similar bands. While all of D.E.'s songs are acoustically based in the initial writing process, the songs eventually become an infusion of electric and acoustic with slight to heavy reverb effects.
