All but Good Advice and Outside your on Fire were done completely on my macbook air. No special microphones or software - just garage band and the isight mic for vocals, guitar, some bass and even drums.

I have written nearly everyone of these songs just as I record it, adding sounds on top of each other that sound neat then humming a melody line - and then I finally add words that fit.
