About BandCage
BandCage is an independent website for independent music. Bands and solo artists can create a website for their band, with streaming videos and songs. Customize the look quickly by changing the colours and images with our automated tools, or if you know CSS, you can edit the code yourself. Connect with other artists and set up shows, compilations, or other events. Post your news, your gigs, your biography, current members, and your fans can leave comments or send you private messages. BandCage is run entirely on free/open software, you could make your own website for free thanks to those projects.
BandCage is a DIY website. Not everything works great right now, that's because it's a work in progress. So if something doesn't work, just leave a message in the forum and I'll fix it when I can. If you have any private suggestions or comments, mail them to: Comments@BandCage.com.

How do I use BandCage?
- If you don't have a BandCage account yet, create your free account on our Registration Page
- After you have signed into your BandCage account, you can:
- Create a band/artist profile on BandCage (includes a website)
- Leave comments for artists or bands
- Participate in our forum and chat rooms
- Send messages to users or bands
